Sound Journeys at The Mindful Lab
Wednesday January 14th, 21st, and 28th
Time: Doors open at 7:15 pm and close at 7:30 pm
The journey is from 7:30 - 8:25 pm
Location: The Mindful Lab (118-3989 Henning Dr, Burnaby, BC V5C 6P8)
Not your typical sound bath. Join me at the Mindful Lab on Wednesday evenings and explore the world of sound through crystal sound bowls, chimes, bells, drumming, singing and other instruments. These journeys are held with the intention of supporting deep relaxation, letting go, releasing heavy energy, recharging our energy bodies, and activating our innate wholeness. Come as you are, leave lighter and at ease.
beginner's ukulele lesson
learn everything you need to know to start your ukulele journey in a fun and casual setting. it's all about connection, exploration, curiosity, and the joy of learning in this lesson designed for complete beginners and new uke players.
lessons will be kept to 3-4 participants to maintain a nice and cozy experience for all.
don't have a uke? not to fret! I got you covered :) ukulele's will be provided for the lesson. no experience is necessary - just a willingness to try something new!

Solar Sound Club
a gathering of vibe explorers, co-creating joyful moments with sound and song. sometimes we'll connect on the web, sometimes in person. we'll play with harmony, frequencies, and how energy is expressed uniquely through each of us and our voice.
this could look and sound like singing, playing with instruments, humming, making vocal tones and noises, storytelling, sharing words, clapping. sometimes the exploration even sounds like silence. we'll explore how our body uses sound to process and transform energy and emotion. we're here to explore and enjoy this wonderful world of sound!
