a bit about me
I love sound. I love singing and dancing and laughing in community. I love Love. I believe in magic and have experienced so much of it in this world. I love connecting with others and discovering what lights them up. Seeing others shine and thrive lights me up, which is why I do what I do. I am a creator, an explorer, a dream weaver, a connector, a healer, a seeker, and sometimes a complete dork (ask me about sound and energy and I can go on forever!). I am optimistic and hopeful even when things seem impossible. I am a soul having a human experience and am grateful for the gift of this life and all the things that come with it!
I was born on Vancouver Island and my parents are from Vietnam. I've lived in BC for most of my life, though I lived in Ontario for about 10 years while I was in school. currently I live in Richmond, BC with my furry companion Zen. she's a spunky shiba inu who's full of love. I'm blessed to be part of many wonderful communities and excited to continue weaving this great cosmic web.

my learning path
I've been through many fields of study in my life, and each has informed the way I practice my craft now. my beliefs, values, and perspectives have shifted as I've gone through personal experiences in life and discovered more about this world. I've always been curious by nature and love to understand how things work, a passion which has led me to study many topics. my formal education is in biochemistry where I learned the inner workings of organic systems down to the DNA and molecular levels, as well as human psychology and how the mind and subconscious operate. after graduating from university my path brought me into finances, personal development, quantum physics, plant medicine, energy modalities including reiki, shiva murti, seichim, spirituality, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, somatics, music & sound, and more. I've been blessed with many wonderful teachers along the way.
having such a diverse background has allowed me to approach life and healing from many perspectives. it has challenged my ideas of reality and truth, and has opened my mind to seeing beyond the surface. it has shaped my current belief in limitless possibility, and in the power we all have as creators of our reality.

a song for all is my latest dream brought to life. it's an initiative driven by a passion to bring more music, sound, healing and connection to our communities through song circles, music jams, playshops, and gatherings. it's a movement that is ever evolving. I’m inspired by the vision of a world living in harmony, connected through song and a remembrance of our oneness.
